Novum were commissioned to deliver a bespoke development programme for the Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team at Kelda Group.  The bespoke programme of work included one-to-one coaching for the Executive Leadership Team of nine supplemented by an 18-month team coaching programme. The purpose of the work was to develop a high performing team, improve leadership capability, strengthen team relationships, address personal development issues and develop a high performing organisation through creating a coaching culture. Kelda Group went from in their own words, ‘the poorest performing company in its sector’ at the time of commissioning the work to become a clear leader in the market and recognised as such through Regulatory Audit.
