About Sue Featherstone

I love the diversity of my role, one day I could be working with managers to develop their coaching skills another coaching a senior executive on a one to one basis. I also enjoy the challenges and rewards of working with teams helping them to enhance their collective performance through team coaching or facilitation. Other days I can be found visiting clients with the Business Development team, marking assignments or developing bespoke programmes. Work life is never boring that’s for sure!

What matters most to me

Playing a part in helping people achieve great things.

How my work aligns or connects with this

I think what links my work to what matters is that I get a great buzz from supporting either individuals, teams or organisations in developing and growing to reach their potential.

My ideal weekend

Outside of work I’m a proud mum of three boys and I love nothing better than escaping up to the lakes district with them to enjoy outdoor life.

My favourite place

The Lake District

My favourite food

Crusty bread, butter and cheese, it’s the one things I craved when working in Africa.

My favourite music

I found this really hard because my tastes are so diverse I love everything from folk, rock and classical through to musical theatre, which some of my children perform in.

The motto I live by is…

Treat others as you would want to be treated and have fun along the way
